Welcome to my new blog! As a stay-at-home mom to a very busy 3-year old and a 9 month old I am always looking for new ways to introduce concepts to my kids or to simply keep them busy and entertained. We attempt to do a project a day; these usually include science activities, arts and crafts and sensory play. I am a big believer in learning through experience and play. I will occasionally post links to different worksheets however I try to use them in a creative and non-conventional way or in conjunction with some kind of tactile experience. I hope to inspire parents to allow their children to play often, to get messy and to have fun! As a new blogger I would appreciate any comments, suggestions and ideas you have for me!
