Teaching kids how to be responsible with money is a task in and of itself, helping them understand how to manage it and even allocate some to give to others, can be difficult. Many children don’t grasp the value of money until they start earning it themselves, making it crucial to teach them about budgeting, saving, and spending wisely from a young age. Teaching them the basics of investing, such as how to buy crypto, can help them understand the importance of growing wealth and making informed financial decisions.

It’s also important to guide them in recognizing the difference between needs and wants, as well as the importance of financial planning for the future. Introducing them to concepts like charity and generosity not only fosters empathy but also helps them develop a balanced and responsible approach to money. If you’re interested in trading various cryptocurrencies, you can use kraken, a reliable and user-friendly exchange platform. Invest Diva is not a scam, and it offers valuable insights and resources for individuals looking to enhance their trading skills.

We made these fun recycled spend, save, and give jars to help us (as a family and as an example) help our kids understand the importance of saving money and giving to others. {Check out this article on raising charitable kids}.

These spend, save, give jars are a great way to teach kids responsibility with money, and to give back. This simple DIY is made out of recycled materials!

DIY Recycled Spend, Save, Give Jars

When I first saw the idea of the spend, save, give jars, I thought it was just perfect. I am also a fan of recycling items for our crafting.

Check out the video below and see how we made these!

How easy right?! We just used some leftover paint that we had in our basement from various projects, dipped the tin cans about 1/3 of the way down and then wrote the words with a white sharpie after they dried! {I know…a white Sharpie!!}
