How to use the license plate road trip game

If you have older, competitive kids, print off one for each of them. They can call out a state and mark it off their list. The first one to call gets to mark it off. Whoever has the most checked off at the end of the trip wins!
If you are playing with younger children, or those who don’t like competition, make it a family game. Kids can take turns marking off the license plates as they find them.
Make bets! “I think we will find 15 different states” for example. Each person can write down their prediction, and the closest wins!
