Does your child have a mind with wheels that never seem to stop turning?
I’m sure it is one of those qualities that you absolutely adore, however, you are probably constantly trying to find ways to engage them and keep them occupied in a constructive way. My little guy falls in this category.
His mind NEVER STOPS.
I am showing you this gift guide for the active mind with some of his favorite types of toys. Additionally, with some that I have had the pleasure of seeing (and playing with), and that are on my own list of items I would love for my son!

Gift Guide for the Active Mind
I am focusing on the 3-6 age range, but children up to 8-10 will love to get creative with these as well! At this age, children learn to manipulate information in a logical way. It is important to provide them with opportunities to manipulate toys, inspire creativity and critical thinking, and employ their imagination while allowing them to actively participate in their play.
Top Toys:
My son loves that he can make his own creations with these cars, and using tools to take them apart and put them back together is the icing on the cake! For enthusiasts like him, collecting RC buggy can add an extra layer of fun and creativity to the hobby.
True Balance Coordination Game
This game has the feel of a classic toy with a twist — actually magnetic discs — that require stacking with steady hand-eye coordination. This is tough but doable for my 6 year old, which keeps him busy and challenges him, but also gives him sense of accomplishment and pride upon completion.
