Easter is one of our favorite holidays to celebrate. It’s a beautiful way to celebrate Spring and new life, and while the kids are young, the Easter bunny is a fun added bonus. This Easter bunny footprint printable will allow you to make footprints that show kids just where the Easter bunny hopped! You will see how to use this indoors or outdoors, and even make it a fun Easter activity for kids!

Does the Easter bunny come to your house? How much would your kids adore waking up on Easter and seeing right where the bunny hopped through your living room to the kids’ Easter baskets? Or where the Easter bunny footprints lead up the driveway where he hid the eggs? Grab this fun printable below and use it however you like!
To Make the Easter Bunny Footprint Indoors
We have made these footprints on both carpet and laminate flooring with baking soda! Baking soda is a great deodorizer and natural cleanser (especially when spritzed with hydrogen peroxide on laminate) so I don’t mind making the mess quite as much 🙂
Print the easter bunny footprint template below, cut out the pink footprints leaving footprint holes in the paper, and sprinkle baking soda over the empty space. Remove the paper from the ground carefully and reveal the Easter bunny footprint!
Place as many as you would like throughout your room, leading up to the Easter baskets for a fun surprise!
To Make the Easter Bunny Footprint Outdoors
Follow the steps above (print and cut), but take this printable outside! Use the cut out footprint template to color in the footprints with chalk along the driveway or sidewalk. This is fun leading up to an Easter egg hunt for kids!
Use the Easter Bunny Footprint Template for an Outdoor Game
If you don’t feel right about ‘tricking’ your kids with these Easter bunny footprints, use them as an outdoor sidewalk chalk game! Make the footprints using the template, and have kids hop along the bunny trail!
You can make a fun trail, or place some footprints sideways so that kids need to follow the directions of the bunny footprints! What a fun outdoor Easter game for families.
