Santa Egg Carton Craft

What you need for the Santa egg carton craft:
- egg carton cups
- scissors
- popsicle stick
- red paint
- google eyes
- white fur
- red felt
- black paper
- glue
How to make the Santa craft
Begin by painting the bottom two cups red, this will be Santa’s suit. The top cup will be his face.
Use cut popsicle sticks glued with hot glue as spacers for the egg carton cups to make Santa’s body longer. Then, stack the red cups as his body and attach his head to the top with glue.
Create Santa’s face by folding glueing googly eyes and a red pom-pom nose on the egg carton, then attach some white felt, fur or pulled cotton ball on as a beard.
Create a hat out of red felt with some cotton on the end and glue it to the head.
Cut a belt and feet out of black paper to attach to the bottom of the body. Children can get creative here, no two Santa suits have to look the same. My child chose a belly button in stead of a belt 🙂
Attach all of the pieces together and create a Santa egg carton craft! He’s a cute little guy, perfect as an addition to a Christmas sensory bin or just to play with or display.
