For many, Winter is synonymous with snow. When thinking of January themes for kids activities, snow and ice, arctic animals, and cold-weather clothing are around the top of our list. As sensory play is such a big part of what we do at home for experiential learning, fake snow sensory activities are in the rotation all Winter long.
Fake Snow Sensory Activities for Kids
We have made fake snow a few ways. We have used a can of shaving cream and baking soda to make 2 Ingredient Fake Snow and flour and oil to make edible snow for kids that still like to put things in their mouths.
