I am so happy to tell you this story of how these woodland animal valentines came about. My kiddos get so excited to write out their Valentine’s Day cards each year. The little ‘To and From’ area becomes full of their scribbles and attempts to fit long names in tiny spaces. It’s so endearing to watch. While many don’t like the idea of Valentine’s Day, I love the idea of spreading love and kindness, even if it’s a highly commercialized day in which we dedicate to doing so.
When I asked my preschool-aged daughter which kind of Valentines she wanted to hand out to her friends this year, she replied with “Snow White forest animal ones“….alright then. So, that was the inspiration for these cute little woodland animal valentines. AND, you can print them for free! You know, in case your little one is looking for Snow White forest animal cards 🙂
