I have spent much of my adult life trying to lose weight. It’s a constant struggle for me and something I’ve had to be conscientious about on a daily basis. Three pregnancies took a toll on my body, and self-esteem and confidence isn’t always easy to come by. I’ve tried Weight Watchers, Noom, Intermittent Fasting, celery juicing…you name it.
