How a printable life cycle works
Honestly, it’s super-duper simple. I provide everything that you need as far as a graphic or words, and you just have to put the steps in motion to create.
It’s the perfect time to work together with your child to create an awesome life cycle activity about oak trees.
Supplies needed to create these oak tree life cycle printable
All you need are the following supplies, found below:
- Paper
- Printer
- Scissors
- glue stick
- Pin/holder for the center to keep together
As you can see, there’s not a lot to it! It’s super kid-friendly and easy to do!
How to make this oak tree life cycle printable
Start by printing out all the free printables, found below.
Cut out both wheels and place the cover wheel over the top of the other one.
Using a brad or other type of holder, fasten it through both of the wheels and clip to hold on the back.
And literally, that’s it!
Once you’re done you can talk about the different life cycles with your child as they spin the wheel.
Additionally, children can cut the various words of the oak tree life cycle and paste them in the correct order of the worksheet.
Another great way to make certain that they’re understanding the process is to have them place the correct words in the life cycle themselves.
As you can see in the picture below, the words were cut out and then my child placed them in the correct part of the life cycle process.
